Sophie is a graduate of the 2200-hour Massage Therapy program from Alberta College of Massage Therapy (ACMT).
She is trained in a wide variety of modalities which includes; Therapeutic Massage, Prenatal and Postnatal Massage, Hydrotherapy, Myofascial Release, Active & Passive Release, TMJD Therapy, Trigger Point Release, Myofascial Cupping and Deep Tissue Massage Techniques.
Tailored towards her clients’ specific needs, Sophie's main goal is to provide effective treatments, encourage self-care and pain management treatments.
